iyonn's top priority is our customer satisfaction and if you are not satisfied with the delivered product(s), you can return your order up to 14 days after receipt.

Items should be returned new, unused and in their original package.

Return shipping costs will be satisfied by the client.(Expect when there is a manufacturer's defect or if the product did not arrive in the ordered model or design.)

INSTRUCTIONS

• • Contact us at info@iyonn.com to request your return and wait for the confirmation by email that your return has been processed. (Please, write why you are returning the product by stating a reason.)
• • Wait for our confirmation to return the order.
• • Pack all items to be returned in their original packaging.
• • Attach the return paper provided on the parcel. (Making sure that the original shipping label is not visible.)
• • Send the package back to us using a method of your choice.(Remember to ask for the receipt and tracking number of your return.)
• • You will receive your refund up to 10 days of receiving the product in our warehouse, in the same payment method you used for your purchase.
