Items should be returned new, unused and in their original package.

Return shipping costs will be satisfied by the client.(Expect when there is a manufacturer's defect or if the product did not arrive in the ordered model or design.)

INSTRUCTIONS

• • Contact us at info@iyonn.com to request your return and wait for the confirmation by email that your return has been processed(Please, write why you are returning the product by stating a reason).
• • Wait for our confirmation to return the order.
• • Pack all items to be returned in their original packaging.
• • Attach the return label that we will send you by email on the parcel. (Making sure that the original shipping label is not visible.)
• • Send the parcel to a GLS ParcelShop.
• • You will receive your refund up to 14 work days of receiving the product in our warehouse, in the same payment method you used for your purchase.
